As a Renewal Sales Manager at Aris, you will be the commercial owner of our run-rate segment for the Iberia and Italy regions. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a commercial specialist who thrives in high-velocity SaaS environments. You will be responsible for the entire renewal lifecycle of approximately 75 accounts, ensuring world-class Gross Retention (GRR) while proactively hunting for expansion (NRR). You will be at the forefront of our transformation, using AI-driven tools to manage scale and deliver measurable customer value.

Portfolio: ~75 Accounts (Italy, Spain, & Portugal)
Essential Functions
End-to-End Portfolio Management: Own the full commercial relationship for your territory. Identify, track, negotiate, and close SaaS, Subscription, and Maintenance renewals.
Expansion & Upsell: This is a growth-focused role. You will identify upsell triggers and cross-sell opportunities (including Enterprise Active Support services) to turn every renewal into a value-add event.
Proactive Execution: Generate and send all renewal quotes/order forms at least 90 days in advance of contract expiration to ensure timely contractual commitments.
Value Dialogue: Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customer stakeholders to communicate the unique value of Aris products and services, ensuring the highest possible renewal rates through proactive account management.
Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Conduct and document rigorous risk analyses on your portfolio. Escalate and coordinate issues cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution before they impact retention.
Operational Excellence: Maintain 100% CRM accuracy. Leverage AI and AIOps tools to manage volumes efficiently and provide predictable monthly/quarterly forecasts.
Minimum Requirements
Professional Experience: 5+ years in SaaS, Subscription, or Maintenance renewals, or in selling support services for an enterprise software vendor.
Customer-Facing Excellence: 5+ years of experience interfacing directly with sales organizations and C-level customer contacts with an exceptional telephone and digital presence.
Education: A professional degree at the Bachelor's level, at a minimum.
Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of hitting/exceeding NRR and GRR targets within a $10k – $200k ARR range.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office suite (inc AI tools).
Scale & Organization: A self-motivated "operator" mindset—capable of managing 75+ accounts with high organization and data-driven prioritization.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a significant advantage given the regional scope.
