Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery & Project Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and continuous evolution.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end role where you will operate at the intersection of IT service delivery and project management driving both day-to-day excellence and strategic improvements across our application landscape.
You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, playing a key role in delivering reliable services while leading transformation initiatives.
Own Application Delivery (Run & Improve)
* Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of key applications (support, performance, and continuous improvement)
* Ensure services meet high standards of quality, security, and reliability
* Drive a proactive, customer-centric approach to service delivery
Lead Projects & Transformations
* Manage and deliver complex IT projects related to application enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
* Identify risks early and lead mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
* Contribute to the continuous evolution of systems and processes
Coordinate & Influence Across Teams
* Lead and align cross-functional teams (internal & external) across technical and functional domains
* Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating complex topics into clear, actionable plans
* Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and operational standards
Drive Operational Excellence
* Oversee incident management, escalation processes, and service performance
* Manage IT service providers and vendors, ensuring strong delivery and accountability
* Continuously improve processes using data-driven insights and KPIs
Qualifications
* Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Management, or IT Operations, combined with Project Management experience
* Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) and service delivery best practices
* Technical background in application development or infrastructure
* Experience managing complex IT projects and distributed teams
* Ability to own, prioritize, and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivery and impact
Nice to Have
* Experience with ServiceNow and/or Azure DevOps
* ITIL4 certification
