Role Overview
EF Pro Cycling is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to elevate the digital presence of our men's, women's, and development teams. This role will be responsible for shaping our voice across platforms, creating compelling content, and delivering best-in-class race coverage and storytelling throughout the season.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with technical execution. They are fluent in modern platforms, understand how to capture and publish content in fast-moving environments, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of the most progressive teams in professional cycling.
What You'll Do
Social media management & strategy
Manage the day-to-day operation of EF Pro Cycling's social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Plan and execute a year-round content calendar aligned with races, team moments, and partner priorities
Maintain a consistent voice, visual identity, and publishing calendar across platforms
Monitor platform performance and optimize strategy using analytics and insights
Content creation
Capture and publish photo and video content at races, training camps, and team events
Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for vertical and platform-native formats
Identify and develop creative storytelling opportunities that deepen fan engagement
Work directly with riders to document authentic behind-the-scenes moments
Partnership & collaboration
Support digital partnership deliverables and ensure timely and accurate execution
Collaborate with partners to align messaging and content
Contribute creative ideas that advance the team's digital presence and growth
Race coverage & travel
Travel extensively with the team to capture and publish real-time race coverage
Deliver timely, accurate, and engaging updates throughout race days and key events
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, team, or organization
Fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (including Shorts), and emerging vertical formats.
Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy
Confident editor across video and photo platforms; basic graphic design abilities preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages (particularly Spanish) is a plus
Ability to travel internationally with the team (about days a year)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the race calendar
