Responsibilities
* Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates
* Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management
* Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
* Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely
* Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges
