Meyer's Sohn (FMS) is a family-owned general freight forwarding company. We specialize in the international transportation of bulk commodities and are the market leader in paper and forest products logistics. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) (depending on experience) to join our team. This role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with customers and partners, and developing initiatives that drive the company's growth.
Immediately
Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
Design and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customized logistics solutions
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts
Monitor the performance of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Proven experience of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or similar roles in the logistics industry, preferably in freight forwarding
In-depth knowledge of maritime transport services
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
Advanced level of English (spoken and written);
