Our sales professionals design and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and customer happiness, while fostering professional development and an empowering work environment.Description: As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager (Arabic language), you will manage and develop relationships with channel partners to maximize their success with BMC solutions.Responsibilities Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC's business objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.Qualifications Experience in Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.Passion for sales.Strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Clear and confident communication, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.Languages: Arabic business professional and English business professional level.Our commitment to you BMC's culture is built around its people.
