Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Data Visualization:
Design clear and visually compelling reports using different BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Quick BI) or Excel, sometimes from different data sources. Business Strategy Support:
Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvements and growth. Provide Ad hoc reports when needed and present insights to leadership to guide decision-making. Database Management:
Assist with database and data warehousing solutions, ensuring data accuracy. Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize business performance. Trend Identification Forecasting:

Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in BI or a similar role. Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. Expert user of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical teams. Ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders. Being flexible in responding to changing business requirements or shifting project goals. Preferred:
