We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team.

Rentals United is one of the technology leaders in the vacation rentals space, providing an advanced distribution platform for professional short-term rental property managers worldwide. The platform connects property managers to multiple general booking channels in real time, serving as a hub with integrations ranging from OTAs and sales channels to PMSes, including a White Label distribution solution. The RU Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business acquisition by engaging with property managers and agencies in the short-term rental industry. Through a consultative approach and in-depth discovery, the role focuses on understanding prospect needs and effectively positioning our platform and services to create strong, high-quality opportunities. xcskxlj Sales reporting and reviewing performanceKeep a record of the prospects and leads in our databaseWork with our CRM system and organize the daily records in order to keep the track of the full sales cycleSeek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channelsParticipate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business developmentEstablishing new business links

Proficiency in English. Spanish, French or other languages are a huge advantageKnowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentationUnderstanding of the short term rental industry, Property Management Software, Vacation Rental Sites, or Online Travel agencies is an advantageKnowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
