Job Description
Main responsibilities:
REPORTING
1. Design and coordinate the monthly financial reporting of the group guaranteeing the quality of the data, the timing and making sure of an homogenious reporting criteria across the units.
2. Prepare the financial monthly consolidation and the group financial reporting presentation for the senior management.
3. Design, coordinate and consolidate the annual budget and Monthly/Full Year forecasting
4. Update and maintain the Group Accounting Manual. Make sure that all units report accordingly.
5. Lead the Digital transformation of all the reporting and planning processes.
ACCOUNTING
6. Review statutary annual financial closing of all the units.
7. Coordinate the external audit process of all the units of the group.
8. Execute the statutary consolidation of the group and lead the external audit.
CONTROLLING
9. Prepare the reporting and be the financial business partner of the Global Directors.
10. Execute business follow-up, analyzing and suggesting actions to improve financial performance of the group.
11. Design and implement controlling methodologies for the group (exemples: standard cost, stock valuation, Gross Margin bridge,…).
12. Participate in M&A process as financial partner.
13. Lead the digital transformation of the global controlling.
TAX POLICY
14. Keep updated the transfer pricing policy to respect all local tax policies. Coordinate Local File and execute the Master File.
15. Design global tax strategy and coordinate local tax accordingly.
INTERNAL AUDIT
16. Develope risk matrix, internal control and internal audit.
Requirements:
17. Degree in ADE or similar.
18. Master's or postgraduate degree in Controlling.
19. Advanced level of English (oral and written).
20. Work experience in a company with production plants.
21. Working experience as Corporate Controlling for more than 5 years.
22. Experience in digital tools (BI, PRI…).
