Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead sales and market development for B&R; products in Iberia, driving growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will manage key accounts, expand wire rod and drawn-wire sales, and support cross-functional teams in production planning and product development.
You will deliver insights and reports to the B&R; Business Optimization team and collaborate with mill functions to align with strategic priorities. Expect significant travel across Spain and Portugal as you help shape a high-impact commercial strategy.

- Lead sales targets and KPIs for growth and market share in Iberia
- Drive market penetration for Wire Rod and drawn-wire segments
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Support production planning, receivables follow-up, and claims management in a matrix organization
- Provide sales metrics and market intelligence to the B&R; Business Optimization team
- Support product development in partnership with Product Development and mill functions
Responsabilidades
- Minimum 10 years in B2B sales of long products
- Proven track record in selling Wire Rod or drawn-wire in Iberia
- Degree in Engineering or Economics; Business Management degree advantageous
- Strong understanding of long products and Wire Rod market in Iberia
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Strong commercial acumen with problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills; proven key accounts management experience
- Familiarity with steel-making technologies and EAF-based products (Quality Wire Rod, drawn wire)
- Willingness to travel ~50% (primarily within Spain and Portugal)
