WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* +5 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer with IVR/voice bot integration expertise. Strong proficiency with Java 11/17, Spring (Spring-Boot, Spring-Batch, MVC), Maven for backend development.
* Mandatory experience creating workflows with DSLs and developing integration pieces for voice bots with DialogFlow CX
* Proven experience with IVR solutions (e.g., Twilio) and microservice architecture
* Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, ESB integrations, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
* Database expertise: JPA, Oracle, JDBC with experience in database migration tools (Liquibase/Flyway)
* Testing proficiency: JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, MockMVC with strong vendor testing experience (unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke)
* DevOps experience: Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Develop and maintain robust IVR workflows and voice bot integrations using Java, Spring, and DialogFlow CX
* Create efficient, reusable microservices with Spring Boot and implement API composition patterns
* Design, optimize, and maintain database structures (Oracle) to ensure data integrity and performance for voice applications
* Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver intuitive and scalable voice-enabled solutions
* Participate in Agile methodologies and sprint planning
* Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in voice AI, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
