The Account Executive Role
6. Understand DentalMonitoring's value proposition and how it can significantly impact the management and workflow of dental or orthodontic practices
7. Understand the needs and objectives of DM’s clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), work in partnership with them, and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals and address their challenges
8. Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, establishing strong relationships and enhancing their loyalty
9. Prospect potential new clients, visit dental and/or orthodontic practices, and conduct product and service demonstrations of DM's range of products
10. Close sales and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction for both the clients and DM
11. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to DM's overall sales goals
12. Identify key opportunities to drive strong sales growth and maximize the potential of the current client portfolio
13. Develop and implement account management strategies to exceed sales targets, key performance indicators, and company objectives
14. Organize and participate in local and national events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent DM, expand the company's network of contacts, and explore new opportunities
15. Keeping up with market trends and industry developments, maintaining in-depth knowledge of DM's products and services, as well as those of competitors
16. Prepare regular reports and update DM's management on sales activities, forecasts, and results
17. Work closely with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to provide valuable insights and suggestions for managing and updating social media and marketing campaigns to drive sales
18. Master the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) to report on activity
You will be successful in this role if
19. Bac+ minimum in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
20. At least years of sales or business development experience in the orthodontic, dental care, medical technology, or similar industry
21. Good understanding of conceptual and consultative sales approaches
22. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
23. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence clients
24. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a client portfolio
25. Strong results orientation, ability to challenge oneself
26. Good knowledge of the market and industry trends
27. Positive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on service
28. Proficiency in necessary computer tools for the role, including Salesforce, and a keen interest in new technologies
29. Excellent interpersonal skills
30. Strong organizational skills
31. Flexibility to travel regularly to client locations or events
32. Ability to establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with internal and external clients
33. Fluent in Spanish and good command of English (speaking, reading & writing)
