Our product range covers South Asian, Middle Eastern, African, Caribbean, and Latin American FMCG categories.
The Role
We are hiring 4 Field Sales Representatives for territory-based operations across Spain and Portugal. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to long-term account management. This is a 100% field-based, full-time role requiring autonomy, commercial discipline, and strong interpersonal skills across diverse communities.
Core Responsibilities
• Prospect and convert new ethnic retail, restaurant, and wholesale accounts.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts.
• Present new product lines and negotiate pricing, volumes, and delivery terms.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and CRM records.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and new account milestones.
• Report competitor activity and market intelligence to management.
Candidate Profile
• 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or wholesale.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets in a territory-based role.
• Valid driving license; willingness to travel regularly across Spain and Portugal.
• Based in Valencia or willing to relocate immediately.
• Highly self-disciplined with the ability to manage a full field schedule independently.
• Accurate and organized with pricing, orders, and administrative tasks.
Language Requirements
Language capability is a core selection criterion. Our clients span South Asian, Arab, African, and Latin American communities. Priority will be given to candidates who speak two or more of the following:
Required
• Spanish: Fluent or native. Mandatory for all applicants.
• English: Business-level proficiency for internal reporting and management.
Strongly Preferred
• Arabic: Core relevance to our MENA, North African, and Levant client base.
• Hindi: Essential for South Asian retail and supplier communities across Iberia.
Additional Asset
• Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, French, or Portuguese.
Performance KPIs
• Monthly revenue target per assigned territory.
• New accounts activated per quarter.
• Account retention rate and average order value growth.
• Visit frequency compliance across tiered account categories.
