Summary:
As a Renewals Deals – Financial Manager, you will be a key member of the Services and Operations FP&A; team, supporting the Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals business. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. You will review and analyze renewal deals, surface key business insights, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This position reports directly to the Renewals FP&A; Sr. Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform renewal quote reviews and approvals.
Support renewal subscription deal analysis and ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives.
Reconcile and analyze install base changes and subscription drivers.
Provide informed perspectives to challenge conventional views and drive better decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Install Base.
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support business priorities.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Non managerial role
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, program management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with senior leadership.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Desired Skills:
Experience with GenAI or similar technologies.
Exposure to subscription-based business models or SaaS financial planning.
Familiarity with FP&A; tools and reporting systems.
