Sommelier
I am seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join the team of an international restaurant group. This role is idóneo for someone who combines deep wine knowledge with exceptional guest service skills and a refined sense of hospitality.
As Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and managing the wine program, providing thoughtful pairings, and guiding guests through an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the restaurant management and culinary teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence and sophistication.
Oversee the restaurant’s entire wine program, including selection, purchasing, and inventory management.
Conduct regular training sessions for front-of-house staff to improve wine knowledge and service standards.
Uphold the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Certified Sommelier (WSET Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments.
Strong knowledge of Spanish and international wines, regions, and trends.
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
