We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona!
Key Responsibilities
* Strengthen key partnerships through strategic, long-term customer engagement.
* Develop customer plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.
* Drive new projects via our omnichannel approach, providing expert consulting.
* Represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs and industry events.
* Manage sales performance by tracking and optimizing KPIs.
* Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.
* Maintain accurate customer records for improved stakeholder management.
Professional Requirements
* Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.
* Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
* Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.
* Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.
* Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.
* Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.
* Spanish native speaker with advanced English proficiency preferred
