We are looking for a Transformation Consultant with a strong IT background to support technology-enabled transformation initiatives in international environments. The role focuses on helping organizations improve how they use technology to run their business, combining analysis, solution design, and hands‑on delivery support.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders to understand current systems and processes, define pragmatic improvement initiatives, and support implementation and adoption. The role sits at a Manager level and may include responsibility for leading workstreams or small teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Strategy
Assess current IT landscapes, processes, and ways of working
Identify improvement opportunities related to efficiency, simplification, and productivity
Support the definition of transformation priorities and roadmaps
Solution & Design
Contribute to the design of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, or customer experience platforms
Translate business needs into solution concepts and implementation approaches
Support technology selection and vendor discussions when needed
Delivery & Implementation
Support the implementation of technology and process changes
Work with internal teams and external vendors to move initiatives forward
Ensure solutions integrate properly with existing systems
Change & Adoption
Support change management activities linked to new processes and systems
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders
Help ensure new solutions are understood and adopted by users
Performance & Governance
Help define KPIs to track progress and results
Support governance, reporting, and decision‑making forums
Skills & Experience Required
Background in transformation consulting or similar roles, with clear IT exposure
8–15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation initiatives
Experience with enterprise solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, CX platforms, or similar
Good understanding of IT landscapes and system integration basics
Ability to translate business problems into practical technology solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently in remote and international environments
Full professional fluency in English
