The role involves working at the intersection ofbusiness needs, data science, and AI product development, ensuring that solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product leads, data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) todefine product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
Lead thediscovery, design, and validationof AI-powered solutions that address real operational and customer challenges.
Conductmarket research, competitor analysis, and user researchto identify opportunities and pain points.
Translate business needs intorequirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Oversee the fullproduct lifecycle– from ideation to launch, monitoring adoption, performance, and business value.
Providefeedback loopsbetween business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Championbest practices and ethical principlesin AI product development.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experiencein product management within AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.
Proven track record of deliveringAI productsthat generate tangible business value.
3–7 years of experience in the aviation or travel industry, preferably in operations (on-time performance, maintenance, network planning).
Strong knowledge ofAI/ML concepts, methods, and tools.
Experience buildingre-usable, scalable AI productsacross multiple business units.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
