2026-09613Under general direction, implements, conducts, teaches and monitors sport performance programs; assists with rehabilitation of injured student-athletes; assists in management of sports performance center; effective daily communication with athletic trainers and staff of assigned sport teams; compliance with NCAA, Atlantic 10 and university rules and regulations; and other duties as assigned.Job Duties:

Assist with the design, development and implementation of Sport Performance programs for assigned intercollegiate athletic sport teams.
\n
Assist with performance testing of student-athletes.
\n
Required to keep accurate and up-to-date records.
\n
Assist with cleaning, maintaining and organizing the weight room facility.
\n
Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\n
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
\n
Excellent communication skills required for working with diverse groups.
\n
Strong written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
Demonstrated appreciation for diversity and inclusion.

Ability to maintain confidentiality* Knowledge of the techniques and programs necessary for a successful sports-specific sports performance program using Olympic lifting, functional training and alternative training techniques and methodologiesMinimum Qualifications:
