We are looking for engineers who embrace software craftsmanship and have a background in either Java or Kotlin. We prioritise the use of Agile methodologies and XP practices such as TDD, pairing and CI/CD, as a basis for delivering high-quality code frequently, while taking care about the business domain (DDD). /ppYou will /pulliBe part of a team that is composed of Software Developers and a Product Manager. Working together in the full process of agile software development. /liliCollaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the infrastructure team, customer success and other development teams. /liliEnsure that the platform runs smoothly, by considering security, performance and concurrency in the features you work on. /liliBe involved in a deep refactor of some of our core components: rethinking models, extracting monolith functionalities into independent services, performance and scalability improving, query optimizations. /liliDeploy your changes in production using CI/CD pipelines: own the whole lifecycle from the pull request to production (testing, software quality metrics, QA observability in production). /liliBe accountable and proficient with the code that the team writes, keeping it clean and simple. /liliOne day per sprint of two weeks is booked for free choices. The discussion will cover the candidate's past experience and technical background, offering an opportunity for the candidate to ask any questions about us. /ppUp to a 2-hour technical session with two members of our team, divided into two parts. The first 30 minutes will focus on the candidate's technical background, while the second part (90 minutes) involves a live programming exercise.
