Communications Assistant
Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, in this role, the Communications Assistant will offer support in the areas of communications, marketing, operations, social media and content creation. The Communications Assistant will support via Community Management tactiques, Social media research, reinforcement in logistics and production, plus timelines, archive and report creation, on a global scale.
Community Management
Content Creation: Help with planning, writing, and scheduling social media posts for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), making sure they match the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, proactively responding and managing interactions with followers to boost engagement.
Assist in gathering performance data from posts (likes, comments, shares, reach) to create simple reports that evaluate the success of social media campaigns.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, identify new content formats, and analyze competitor strategies to suggest fresh ideas for the brand.
Influencer Campaign Support: Help identify potential collaborators, track influencer marketing campaigns, and coordinate product shipments.
Community Management
Content Production: Assist with the end-to-end creation of visual content, mainly including the platforms of TikTok,Instagram and LinkedIn.
Creative Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and research industry trends to keep the brand's visuals fresh and relevant.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain the brand's digital asset library, ensuring all photos, videos, and graphics are easily accessible for the team.
Performance Tracking: Help monitor and report on content performance by tracking key metrics to understand what types of content resonate most with the audience.
Distributors
Asset Management: Distribute press kits, product photos, and campaign videos to worldwide distributors.
Brand Guidance: Ensure distributors correctly use the brand’s tools and messaging in their local markets.
Internal Communications: Keep distributors informed about new products, launches, brand-tools and company news.
Data Reporting: Collect feedback and sales data from distributors to inform the marketing team.
Resource Management: Organize and update a central database of brand resources for easy access by all partners.

Exceptional writing and interpersonal communications skills.
An advanced level of English is a must, both spoken and written.
