Develop in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.Manage client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers through to sales completion and post-sales follow-up.Oversee the full sales cycle, providing creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals successfully.Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results, activities, and sales efficiency.Ensure business goals and targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Manage, mentor, train, and coach team members to develop their skills and achieve positive results.Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.Support agents during the sales process and actively participate in closing deals, providing creative solutions when challenges arise.Participate in deal closure and offer management.Assist in the recruitment process for commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve hiring efficiency.RequirementsPrevious experience in real estate is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.Experience managing a team.Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.Fluent in English and Spanish;
