Your Mission
Provide legal support to minimize risks and offer coverage in business transactions, conflicts with third parties, and initial project phases.
What the Role Entails
- Manage IP & domain name portfolios for Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable, liaising with external trademark agents.
- Support IP/Brand Protection in conflicts with third parties, coordinating with external advisors to resolve efficiently.
- Conduct personal data protection risk assessments, implement measures, and draft/review contractual documentation to ensure compliance.
- Provide legal assistance to Licensing, Operations, Marketing, IT, and E‑commerce Departments by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating third‑party agreements.
- Assist Design Department by reviewing seasonal collections.

Requirements of the Position
- University degree in Law.
- Master in Intellectual Property (desirable).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; French or any EU language desirable.
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Licensing.
