As Marketing Senior Brand Manager
You’ll be responsible for the development of assigned brands
(Airwick & Surface)
through the achievement of specific growth objectives.
The position resides within the country marketing function and will assume responsibility for assigned key Brands within the category and growth strategies of local brands. The Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy and is expected to drive the growth of their assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.

To create and define country strategies and plans for the brands managed based on local insights to maximize business benefits.
To manage Brands within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.
To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
To contribute to the development of category strategies.
Contributing to RB Innovation by delivering a product development programme to generate consistent sales and profit growth.
