Build the Trade Marketing Function of One of Europe’s Fastest-Growing Nicotine Pouch Brands

We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who will take ownership of everything happening at the point of sale.
From retail visibility and POS materials to trade events, activations and merchandise, your mission is simple:
Make GREATEST impossible to ignore at retail.

Your Responsibilities
Retail Visibility & POS- Develop displays, shelf solutions and campaign materials
- Ensure premium execution across all markets
- Coordinate suppliers and production partners
- Continuously improve retail visibility and performance
Trade Activations & Events- Plan and execute trade fairs and industry events
- Build scalable activation concepts for multiple markets
- Create activation playbooks for sales teams
- Measure results and ROI
Sales Enablement- Develop in-store promotional concepts
- Create activation kits and sales materials
- Support local sales teams with effective tools and campaigns
Merchandise Ownership- Develop and manage branded merchandise
- Coordinate suppliers and production
- Ensure premium quality and strong brand consistency
Budget & Compliance- Manage trade marketing budgets
- Track performance and commercial impact
- Ensure all materials comply with local regulations
What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or Field Marketing
- Experience with POS materials and retail programs
- Strong project management xpzdshu skills
- Commercial mindset and understanding of ROI
- Fluent English
Bonus Points For- FMCG or regulated industry experience
- Building trade marketing processes from scratch
- Existing supplier network in Europe
- Additional European language skills
