As Head of Growth at Pleez, you'll take full ownership of our Customer Success (CS) and SMB Sales teams, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion at a rapid pace. Optimize and drive revenue growth by refining the SMB Sales strategy.
2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup .
Language Proficiency – Spanish and English are a must! Portuguese is a strong plus!
