The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Spain) to build our presence from scratch in the Spanish market. This is a strategic role for a highly entrepreneurial and commercially driven professional who thrives in new market entry, enterprise sales, and relationship building.
You will be the first commercial hire in Spain, responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors with decision-makers, and closing the first landmark deals in sectors such as financial services, energy, utilities, healthcare, and large enterprises.

Market Entry & Strategy
Drive Quantifier-Envirly's go-to-market strategy in Spain, focusing on regulatory compliance (NIS2, ISO 27001) and ESG/GHG reporting needs.
Map key sectors, identify early adopters, and position the platform as a must-have compliance layer.
Business Development & Sales Execution
Build a strong pipeline from scratch through networking, outreach, events, and partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
Achieve first-year sales targets, focusing on enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
Develop relationships with law firms, auditors, cybersecurity consultancies, ESG advisors, and industry associations.
Explore partnerships with technology providers and integrators for joint go-to-market.
Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning
Represent Quantifier-Envirly at conferences, roundtables, and industry events.
Share market insights with HQ to adapt product roadmap and messaging to Spanish regulatory needs.
