Are you an enthusiastic graduate looking to explore how HR looks in a multinational environment? As a Human Resources Trainee in Kellanova (previously Kellogg’s) based in Madrid, you will be integrated into the Human Resources department and provide support to the HR Business Partner for Iberia, with collaboration with the HR team based in Bucharest. This role offers real company experience, expert training and coaching from senior management to build foundations for a career in the FMCG industry.
What You’ll Do
* Internal communication – animate internal communities and assist in organizing internal events with the communications team.
* Internship development program – coordinate the internship development program and contribute to the improvement process.
* Equity, Diversity and Inclusion – participate in organizing activities with other employees.
* Talent agenda & Ad Hoc HR Projects – collaborate with the HRBP Iberia on trainee development and support various HR projects.
* Personnel administration – coordinate personnel administration with HR Generalists and propose improvements to HR processes.
* Compensation & Benefits – support projects related to the compensation system.

We’re Looking For Someone With
* A university degree (fresh graduate) with a passion for Human Resources.
* The possibility to sign a convention through university, or fresh graduates with no additional extracurricular or work experience (mandatory).
* A structured, autonomous, organized attitude, with the ability to adapt and anticipate.
* Analytical skills, curiosity and drive to innovate.
* Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with a touch of storytelling.
