We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Service Improvement Officer to join our team and help drive change across our service areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a minimum of a 2.2 degree to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. You’ll gain insight, knowledge, and invaluable skills in how we use customer feedback to improve services for our customers.Key duties and responsibilities of our Graduate Service Improvement Officer :
Provide support in delivering the Service Improvement Framework and Policy and Procedure Framework.Develop policies and procedures that put the customer at the centre of what we do, using data, intelligence, legislation and customer insight.Research, analyse & communicate the implications of changes in Housing legislation and regulation, preparing briefing notes and reports for the Senior Management Team.Utilise bespoke systems to obtain data and analyse/interpret the data to meet service requirements.What we’re looking for in our Graduate Service Improvement Officer :
Minimum of a 2.2 Degree in any discipline.Positive attitude to problem solving and wider work-based achievement.An understanding and commitment to working safely within the workplace.Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to problem solve and look for solutions and opportunities in a changing environment.What you might be asking is, why work for us?
