Key Responsibilities:
Provide the office with everything necessary for a comfortable working environment for employees;
Monitor the condition of the office, including cleanliness, appearance, and functionality;
Optimize workstations and shared areas in response to employee needs;
Coordinate office changes (relocations, renovations, reconfigurations, furniture installation) with minimal disruption to employees;
Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives;
Organize front desk (reception) operations;
Coordinate procurement of equipment and services;
Lead and develop the office facilities team, supporting their professional growth;
Communicate with the business center, contractors, and suppliers: conduct negotiations, sign agreements, and control work execution;
Manage the office budget, payments, and rental documentation;
Assess and manage risks related to office space operations.
What we expect from the ideal candidate:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Ability to plan and control deadlines, budgets, and quality of work;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to conduct negotiations at various levels;
Knowledge of property and office facility management is a plus;
Ability to create and maintain an office atmosphere aligned with the corporate culture and aimed at increasing employee engagement;
Proactiveness, responsibility, a friendly attitude, and the ability to delegate;
English, Spanish - proficiency level
