Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Spain
SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and is a general leader in high-precision 3D scanners and digital solutions.
To strengthen our support team in Spain, we are looking for a service-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, solving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Process and respond to support tickets related to our Einstar and Rigil products.
- Support customers with product-related questions and technical issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Develop practical solutions independently and support their implementation.
- Document solutions clearly in the ticketing system and internal knowledge bases.
- Conduct remote support sessions (e.g. via TeamViewer) in close collaboration with R&D; and other technical teams.
- Escalate and coordinate more complex issues with relevant departments after consultation with supervisors.
Your Profile
- You speak Spanish fluently and have a good command of English.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and customer-focused manner.
- You enjoy helping people, whether by phone or in written communication.
- Initial experience in customer support, service, or a technical environment is an advantage, but not required.
- You are confident using computers, ticketing systems, and remote support tools, and you are eager to learn new technologies.
