Senior Project Engineer – Industrial CAPEX Projects | Spain | €100M Portfolio
We are supporting a large asset owner in Spain delivering a portfolio of major industrial projects and seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support project delivery across multiple live construction sites.

The projects are entering civil works and erection phases, where strong engineering coordination is essential to maintain schedule, technical quality, and delivery milestones.
Experts available within the next 4–6 weeks will be prioritised.
Your Role
You will support project leadership by coordinating engineering activities across three active projects (~€100M combined value) located across sites approximately three hours apart.
Your focus will be ensuring technical alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction teams, while supporting efficient project execution during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate engineering activities across EPC contractors and suppliers
• Support technical oversight during construction and equipment installation
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with project schedules and milestones
• Interface with project management, procurement, and site teams
• Identify technical risks early and support resolution during project execution
• Support issue resolution during construction and commissioning phases
Ideal Background
Experience working in large CAPEX construction projects, such as:
• Industrial manufacturing
• Energy / power generation
• Infrastructure or heavy construction
• Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects
Strong experience working within EPC project environments and coordinating engineering activities during execution phases is essential. xpzdshu
