Role Overview:
We´re currently seeking a Sales Training IBAME for or HQ in Madrid.
You will be responsible for designing, coordinating and managing training programs for the sales organization.
This role ensures that Sales Team have the knowledge, skills and capability required to achieve business objectives by identifying training needs and delivery effective learning solutions.
On a typical day you will:
* Design, plan, and implement sales training programs aligned with business and sales strategy.
* Identify training needs in collaboration with sales leaders and key stakeholders.
* Coordinate and manage internal and external sales trainers.
* Organize training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives (onboarding and continuous development).
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements.
* Ensure training content is up to date, relevant, an adapted to different sales roles and levels.
* Manage training calendars and contribute to budgeting and resource planning.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
* Proven experience in Sales training, learning & development (or sales management).
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Coordinate and manage internal and external sales trainers.
* Ability to assess training needs and translate them into structured learning programs.
* Excellent communication. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams.
* Experience working with sales teams in dynamic environments.
* English is required.
