Powertrain Performance Leader – Responsibilities The Powertrain Performance Leader is responsible for:Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion for hybrid powertrains on: Driveability and performanceEfficiency, emissions, and OBDNVH (noise, vibration, harshness)
Lead a team of experts to achieve internal development targets on new engines and vehiclesIn serial‐life, make sure that cost reduction initiatives do not risk the powertrain performance levelReporting to the Quality team and project during the development of the projectProfile Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration (or related topics)Knowledge of powertrain performances (Efficiency/ emissions | Drivability | NVH)Good English level.
