Make It With Pride.**Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.**How you will contribute**Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:* Consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in matrix environment* Developing a seamless consumer experience* Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget* Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen* Leading and influencing teams* Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills* Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage**More about this role****What you need to know about this position:**As SBM Bakery Iberia, working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.With scope across Iberia, you will lead a team of 5+ direct reports. You will report to Marketing Director Iberia and be part of the Extended Leadership Team.**How you will contribute:*** Portfolio: Define and drive the platform strategy across Iberia for OREO, Chips Ahoy, Mikado, and Small Bites, aligned with the Bakery category vision (approx. $120MM revenue portfolio and $10MM advertising & consumer budget)* Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.* Develop annual plans, set objectives, and allocate resources to achieve business goals across all brands.* Recommend and execute integrated commercial and marketing plans, ensuring revenue and profit forecasts are met.* Track performance against objectives, delivering results across the AC and SP horizons for the entire platform.* Leverage consumer insights and brand positioning to design and implement 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen all brands in the platform and drive sustainable growth across Iberia.**What you will bring:*** +12 years’ experience* Experience managing teams* Deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferably in FMCG and matrix organizations.* Experience creating seamless consumer experiences across multiple markets.* Business acumen beyond brand and budget, including P&L responsibility.* Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.* Proven ability to lead and influence teams and manage trade-offs.* Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and for executive presentations.* Experience managing markets with diverse economic environments is a plus.No Relocation support available## **Business Unit Summary**### We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
