Events Assistant
to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and high-level meetings.
Assist in planning and coordinating events (workshops, conferences, meetings, study visits) Support preparation of event agendas, participant lists, and coordination materials Liaise with venues, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers and participants Prepare event materials (presentations, badges, agendas, visibility items) Provide on-site or remote support during events, ensuring smooth coordination Support post-event activities, including feedback collection and reporting Ensure compliance with EU visibility and branding requirements
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Proficient in MS Office; experience with event tools/platforms is an advantage Experience in event organisation, administration, or logistics is an asset Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
