Act as a trusted HR partner for the business lead in the country, contributing to local business decisions, providing insights, and challenging management teams.Assist Line Managers with people topics by advising on options, assessing risks, and acting as a P&O manager to help decide on the best course of action.Implement and deliver people initiatives across Spain, aligned with the global People strategy.Support management and leadership development through coaching managers to enhance their people development skills.Enable Employee Engagement & Experience and drive Talent Management to develop a diverse talent pipeline and manage succession planning.Collaborate with regional and global teams to exchange ideas, best practices, and co-create P&O initiatives.Use insights from feedback, surveys, and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and drive actions for impact.Align business and people strategies using knowledge of learning and organizational effectiveness to improve business outcomes.Maintain an overview of the country units, managing tasks like transfers, delegations, and organizational changes.Who are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.2-3 years of experience as a P&O business partner, focusing on People Analytics and process digitalization.Experience in digitalization, process automation, and creating dashboards and analytics.International experience with a diverse perspective.Strategic judgment, business competence, customer orientation, and professional ethics.Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.A successful candidate will :
