In this role you will design, implement, and manage IT solutions with Blueyonder or Manhattan to meet business needs within project budgets and timelines. You will own the solution lifecycle, ensure operational service availability, and drive alignment with IT and corporate guidelines. You will collaborate with regional teams, coordinate outsourcing, and promote standardization and high availability across the company’s systems.

- Participate in projects to implement or modify IT solutions with Blueyonder or Manhattan
- Coordinate tasks to fulfill operations/customer requirements within assigned areas
- Document and maintain technical knowledge for IT solutions
- Manage operational execution of IT services following ITIL and DP DHL guidelines
- Monitor security controls, licensing, access, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate outsourced IT services, maintain SLAs and cost records
- Align with regional structures to support corporate IT strategy
- Promote rationalization, standardization, and software license management
- Contribute to stabilization, standardization, and high availability of systems
- Analyze business specs to implement medium/high complexity changes
- Assess technical/economic feasibility and develop detailed solution specs
- Develop procedures, draft and validate tests, and train users

- Support local IT resources and assist in troubleshooting medium/low complexity solutions
- Support environmental management system procedures and audit processes
Responsabilidades
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience with Blueyonder, Manhattan, or other WMS
- 3–5 years in IT environment servicing functions and business
- Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar
