Assistant Outlet Manager – Infinity Pool
in the Food & Beverage Department at Jumeirah Mallorca, located on the unspoilt northwest coast of the island.
Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervising the team, monitoring performance, coordinating resources, and collaborating with kitchen and F&B; leadership.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations of the Infinity Pool outlet while maintaining Jumeirah service standards.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling complaints professionally, and building guest relationships.
Supervise, support, and guide the team to maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor restaurant performance, service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality of food & beverage presentation.
Coordinate scheduling, special events, and operational resources while controlling costs, wastage, and budgets.
Maintain strong collaboration with kitchen and F&B; leadership to ensure efficient and high‑quality operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or luxury F&B; operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Good operational and financial awareness, including scheduling, cost control, and health & safety compliance.
Fluent in English.
