Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our Affiliate Network Team. As an Account Manager you will have a focus on driving new business and increasing revenue for the Affiliate Network Team. You will be searching for new affiliates and market opportunities, but also managing an account portfolio right from the start.

This position will be responsible for optimizing Affiliate Programs at TORO Advertising. This includes evaluating current affiliates, advertisers and identifying and recruiting new publishers, as well as improving current affiliate portfolio.

Profile

You understand the general performance needs of online advertisers and you are able to grow the company's market share worldwide.

- Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistics.
- Strong team player and contributor.
- We will value any previous experience as a media buyer, sales account manager or affiliate manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential affiliates: identify and develop leads, qualify leads, understand affiliate needs, develop the value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points, negotiate terms and conditions, and close.
- Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system.
- Being active on Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups to identify opportunities and leads.
- Detect affiliate’s needs and recommend a matching advertisers / campaign category strategy.
- Develop monthly / quarterly growth plans for your portfolio of new affiliates.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts in order to scale your affiliate revenue.
- Recommend best advertisers offers across different traffic sources, formats and device types.
- Recommend best targeting settings, features and optimization practices.
- Support to affiliates for account-related requests in coordination with other departments (account manager, compliance, finance, technical, etc).
- Interpret portfolio statistical data and comparison with global data, interpret campaign reports effectively.
- Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Perfect knowledge of the different CPA pricing models.
- Expertise in monitoring, optimization/management of online advertising campaigns with a proven track record.
- Hands-on attitude and a good Communicator.
- Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Native English, written and spoken (other languages will be highly valued).
- Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
- A minimum of technical skills required (experience working with

conversion tracking, postback, web analytic tools, etc).
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Products / Google Docs Editors.
