Job Description
Works collaboratively alongside the client facing roles of the account to deliverIT services across the integrated scope for the assigned account and own integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned.
The Exchange SME has extensive knowledge and experience in both support and maintenance processes of the EXCHANGE technology, and is recognized as an authority and trustworthy source in the EXCHANGE area. They are responsible to define, to pursue and to negotiate the work to be performed in the different phases of project development with the overall objective of guaranteeing the correct operation of the applications and a level of optimal performance.
They are the primary initiators of training and knowledge transfer activities, and works in narrow collaboration with other teams of ALIGHT to determine the optimal solution.
Tasks
In addition to the tasks common to all ALIGHT employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
* Is a functional reference to queries relating to EXCHANGE
* Supports the account’s technical governance on the functioning of the application
* Adapt and prepare the technical environment advising on what products are the most appropriate depending on the requirements of the customer
* Provides input in making estimates of time and resources required
* Performs the analysis of current customer business processes
* Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes
* Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirements
* Monitors integrated testing
* Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
* Provides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
* Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
* Participates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (ALIGHT PIM or any other defined by the company at the time)
* Share and extrapolate his/her knowledge between different clients / work teams to optimize the service provided
* Collaborates and provides suggestions for the improvement of the service both at the specific customer level, providing added value, and at the level ofeuHRekaor SAP platform in the areas of expertise that they work

* Collaborate in the development of the organic document of complex applications performed from the functional one
* Leads integrated testing of complex applications
* Reviews and creates specific scenarios/ test scripts relevant to the version releases of the applications involved in the solution.
* Encourages and leads the technical education of the people of the team
* Hold certifications in products / relevant technologies for his/her role in the company
* Offers solutions that help the optimization and performance, improving the quality of the service
* They are a technical reference and performs tasks of coaching and mentoring
* They manage the pool of work optimizing the service provided
* They provide suggestions that increase productivity and the quality of the service at a technical level
Qualifications:
* Collaboration skills (with internal stakeholders and customers)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting customers with successful track record
* Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills and comfortable to coordinate with internal and external parties
* SME/Team-coaching experience in the same process/domain
* Motivation and desire for improvement
* Commitment to the customer and the company
* Motivated to achieve excellence
