Take on a strategic and impactful role leading the
Industrial RTLS
division for
Iberia. As a
Regional Sales Manager
at
HID Global, you will be the
go-to expert
for
leading companies
in
Automotive ,
Aerospace ,
Heavy vehicle
and other
Manufacturing
segments. Your
mission
will be to
improve
safety, quality
and
efficiency
of their operations using the cutting-edge indoor localization technologies and Digital Twin software.
This challenging role includes evangelization of the market, developing local partner ecosystem, and closing complex deals with multiple C-level stakeholders in
manufacturing
and
intralogistics. You will be supported by fast growing marketing, sales and customer experience teams with
scale-up mindset
and global
corporation stability
and
brand .
Your role in Iberia •
Owning a revenue growth for HID Industrial RTLS solutions in Spain and Portugal • Act as a
trusted advisor to industrial customers : understand their processes, identify use cases, and translate them into
high-value RTLS
and
digitalization projects. • Build and nurture
long-term relationships
with C-level, operations and stakeholders, from first discovery visit to multi-site roll-outs. • Develop and manage a
productive partner ecosystem
(system integrators, resellers, alliances) that actively generates new opportunities and closes significant deals. • Work closely with
sales, marketing and CX
teams to deliver compelling
demos, pilots
and
value-based proposals. • Building
territory strategy
and
keeping
pipeline
and
forecasts
sharp and reliable in
CRM .
Your profile •
5+ years in B2B tech / industrial sales
or
pre-sales
(SaaS, IIoT, Industrial Digitalization, complex solutions, Lean), consistently meeting or exceeding targets. •
Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales
with large industrial or manufacturing customers. • Strong understanding of
production / intralogistics environments ; experience with
Industry 4.0, MES/WMS/ERP, Lean
or
digital factory projects
is a plus. • Comfortable with both
direct
and
indirect (channel-driven) models
and experienced in working with partners. •
Self-driven, structured, able to run a territory with a high degree of
ownership
and
independence. • Fluent in
Spanish
and
English
(Portuguese is an advantage); based in
Iberia
with
willingness to travel .
