Program Details We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing a professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from April 2026 until July 2026.
In partnership with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed the Discover program, designed to provide the best training in new areas of knowledge essential for future professionals. The program comprises a Master's degree, organized in three training blocks, and an 11‐month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to combine academic study with practical experience.

The trainee role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of programme management, product strategy, business development, engineering coordination and industrial execution.
Main Activities Maintain and update the bidding calendar for C295, A330 MRTT and Airbus Derivatives opportunities, ensuring key milestones, deliverables and decision points are properly tracked.

Contribute to the TAM Transformation project, especially the initiative focused on creating a framework to capture, assess and promote R&D projects, helping to structure ideas, priorities, business cases and decision material.

Support the preparation of internal governance meetings, including action tracking, presentation material, dashboards and follow‐up of decisions across Business Development, Product Development, Engineering, Programmes, Services and Finance.
Help improve transparency and decision‐making by organising information, consolidating inputs from different stakeholders and producing clear executive‐level outputs.
Contribute to capability roadmap and product policy activities, supporting the identification of future developments, upgrades and competitiveness improvements for C295, MRTT and Airbus Derivatives.
What the Trainee Will Gain The trainee will gain direct exposure to real strategic aircraft programmes, learn how major defence platforms are managed, and contribute to high‐impact activities involving customers, suppliers, engineering teams and senior management.
