What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a similar role or relevant project experience.
* Strong practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly Service Configuration Management.
* Proven experience in defining, implementing, documenting, and improving Service Configuration Management practices.
* Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and governing a CMDB, including CI lifecycle management.
* Proven ownership of CMDB data quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
* Experience integrating CMDB with Change Enablement and other ITSM processes.
* Practical knowledge of data source management, automated discovery, and CMDB integrations.
* Experience creating, maintaining, and mapping services, service trees, and dependencies.
* Strong understanding of IT service lifecycle management, complex information systems, and their interoperability.
* Proven experience with CMDB reporting, auditing, and ServiceNow Configuration Management/CMDB. xohynlm
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong reporting and organizational abilities.
