Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
* Support the Board in defining a coherent and value-added development strategy
* Lead and manage the Italian Commercial Branch.
* Develop the Sales&Marketing strategy in accordance with Board of Directors
* Oversee the tactical sales, marketing & training plan in each channel
* Motivate and manage performance of the sales team to ensure KPI's delivery
* Achieve sales and profit targets
* Manage and coach the team
* Guarantee the correct reporting
* Collect information on competitors from the market
Competenze ed esperienza
* At least 5/10 years of solid experience in the role in consumer
* Degree required, preferably in economics, business administration
* Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration
* Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers)
* Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytic skills
* Inspirational leadership skills
* Fluency in English and Italian
