Responsibilities
- Assisting in learning management system (LMS) administration, including administering and updating the LMS, content upload, user management, and report generation.
- Collaborating on training program implementation aligned with business objectives.
- Providing support in the creation and coordination of in-person and virtual training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Assisting in identifying and designing training programs based on performance evaluations and skill gap analysis.
- Participating in program evaluation, tracking training effectiveness, analyzing results, and generating regular reports.
- Collaborating across departments to support HR, IT, and other teams for smooth integration of training platforms.
- Assisting in training materials creation aligned with organizational strategies.
- Help managing course logistics, including registrations, schedules, and satisfaction surveys.
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduates in Psychology, Applied Management (ISSA), Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish; fluency in English is a plus (minimum B2).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic IT knowledge, especially for supporting LMS migration projects, is a plus.
- No prior professional experience is required, though any previous experience in Learning & Development or with LMS tools will be valued.
