ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not just another marketing support role. This is a market-shaping, revenue-enabling role at the heart of how SITA engages customers across Southern Europe.
As Territory Marketing Manager, youll work side-by-side with local sales teams to understand what really matters to customers, translate commercial priorities into smart marketing action, and decide where to invest time, budget, and effort to make the biggest impact.
Youll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary marketing team supporting Europe and Central Asia, meaning you will work with other Territory Marketing Managers covering different European markets; junior marketing colleagues supporting events, communications, and execution; the Southern Europe field sales team; product marketing teams, and our corporate marketing function.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Be a true partner to sales
· Work closely with the field sales team to understand priorities, pipelines, and customer challenges
· Help shape go-to-market plans that directly support revenue goals
· Bring a customer-first perspective into every conversation
Own the local marketing strategy
· Turn global and regional priorities into a focused, practical territory marketing plan
· Make informed investment decisions across events, campaigns, PR, and content
· Build clear business cases and track impact
Know your customers
· Develop a deep understanding of key customers and accounts
· Tailor messaging, channels, and engagement to what resonates locally
