What you will do in this role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As a Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Securing new customer wins for Cloud
* Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners
* Actively monitoring the pipeline, collecting feedback, and updating involved parties on closure, supporting close plan execution
* Collaborating with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
* Where TCM doesn't exist, curating and connecting customers to an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in the territory, driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage
* Highlighting customer wins for partner sales with evidence; identifying partner capacity and capability needs, and key opportunities to the Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners
* Controlling main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
* Establishing a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs

Concentrix is a great match if you :
* Are native or proficient in English (other languages are a plus)
* Have 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
* Have experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment (preferred)
* Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions
* Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)
* Hold Fundamentals certification
* Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
* Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, including design, migrations, and management
* Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
* Proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
