Your mission
* Own and scale the SEO strategy across multi-market websites, focusing on technical SEO, international SEO, and generative search optimization (GEO & AEO).
* Lead on-page and technical SEO, ensuring strong foundations: crawlability, indexation, site structure, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
* Manage international SEO setups, including multi-language and multi-region architectures, hreflang implementation, and geo-targeting strategies.
* Optimize content and digital assets for GEO and AEO to improve visibility in AI-powered and answer-based search experiences.
* Implement structured data (schema.org) to enhance SERP features and signals for generative engines.
* Monitor and optimize SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and SEO crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb).
* Collaborate with Communication, Design, and Product teams to embed SEO in content, UX, and product development.
* Conduct keyword research, semantic analysis, and entity optimization.
* Stay on top of search evolution, AI trends, and algorithm updates.
Your profile
* 2–5 years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, or GEO/AEO, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or digital platforms.
* Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and international SEO (multi-language, multi-region, hreflang, geo-targeting).
* Proficiency with structured data, GEO & AEO, and analytics tools.
* Experience in multi-market environments (Europe & United States).
* English B2 or higher, able to work in a global context.
