The Fisher Scientific Channel bridges business and science as the single source for laboratory equipment, chemicals, instruments, life sciences reagents, and consumable supplies.
The position is remote and can be located in any of the 18 countries where we operate in Europe; fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required. You will work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

The Digital Account Manager will focus on growing the high number of low-revenue customers in Spain. This role involves joining a new team of Digital Account Managers and interns, driving growth across Europe.
What will be your day job
* Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within your territory and encourage customers to self-serve on our website.
* Contact high-potential customers via phone, video calls, and social media to drive revenue growth, understanding customer needs, assessing sales potential, and determining the level of support required.
* Tailor messaging based on industry-specific challenges, business objectives, or initiatives.
* Demonstrate how to use our website for answers and placing orders.
* Build a network of customer contacts for marketing purposes.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to prioritize customers for outreach based on growth potential or cost to serve.
* Transfer high-potential customers needing regular support to our Inside and Field Sales teams, proactively engaging with Account Managers to build momentum.
* Welcome and profile new customers, supporting their eCommerce experience from the start.
* Pilot new sales tactics, such as using LinkedIn to find and approach prospects, and work as a team to improve methods.
* Support the eBusiness team in identifying and resolving customer experience issues on our website.
* Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce to meet or exceed sales goals and manage pricing within the territory to maximize profitability.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred.
Experience
* Interacting with internal or external customers to understand and solve problems.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key collaborators.
* Demonstrating persistence and overcoming barriers to achieve success.
* Experience in Sales or Customer Service is beneficial.
